Streamline Refinance for existing HECM

If you currently have a reverse mortgage you may be eligible to refinance to a higher net principal limit. This is know as a Streamline reverse mortgage refi. You are not charged again for the upfront MIP charge on the original balance. Only on the differance between the original lending limit and the new lending limit.
